Data sent to the cloud
English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Cantonese. Pick one or let the app detect the language automatically as you speak.
Any text field, any app. Emails, Slack messages, Google Docs, code editors, search bars — if you can type in it, Just Parley can type in it for you.

Transcription starts the moment you stop speaking. No spinner, no waiting.
English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Cantonese — all processed locally.
Slack, VS Code, Notion, Pages, Chrome — if it has a text field, it works.
Apple's built-in dictation works in some apps, but it breaks in many others — especially Electron apps like Slack, Discord, VS Code, and Notion. On Intel Macs, Apple sends your voice to their servers for processing. And even on Apple Silicon, dictation can be slow, inaccurate, and doesn't support Cantonese. Just Parley bypasses all these limitations by pasting via the clipboard, running a local speech model, and working identically on every Mac.
